Dry-Fruit Banana Smoothie
Instructions
- 1 cup Whole milk
- 1 Banana
- 6-7 Raisins
- 4 Chopped dates
- 5-7 cashew nuts and almonds
- Ice cubes, optional
Instructions
- Grind bananas with Milk, Raisins and Cashew nuts.
- Soak the dates in 1/4 cup of warm milk or water for 15-30 minutes. Use them for their natural sweetness, so there is no need to add sugar.
- Use finely chopped almonds to garnish the smoothie
