Dry-Fruit Banana Smoothie

Instructions
  • 1 cup Whole milk 
  • 1 Banana
  • 6-7 Raisins 
  • 4 Chopped dates 
  • 5-7 cashew nuts and almonds
  • Ice cubes, optional

Instructions
  • Grind bananas with Milk, Raisins and Cashew nuts.
  • Soak the dates in 1/4 cup of warm milk or water for 15-30 minutes. Use them for their natural sweetness, so there is no need to add sugar.
  • Use finely chopped almonds to garnish the smoothie
