Soaking the Poppy Seeds:
- Place 100g of Poppy Seeds in a bowl.

Prepare rice as you normally would, following your preferred method. This will be the base for the kheer.
Combining Poppy Seed milk and Rice:
Allow the mixture to come to a gentle boil, stirring continuously.
Sweetening (Optional):
If desired, add sugar to the kheer to sweeten it. The amount of sugar can be adjusted to your taste.
Serving:
Once the kheer is well blended and reaches your desired consistency, remove it from the heat.
